The Opportunity

Our firm is rapidly growing, and the right candidate will have unique advancement opportunities within the firm. We are seeking an experienced and professional bilingual receptionist to work in our Downtown Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service experience within a law firm or similar environment. This role will be responsible for welcoming our clients and visitors and providing them with an outstanding first impression of our firm.

Responsibilities

· Answering incomings calls, screen and direct calls and ensuring they all receive a positive first impression.

· Welcome all clients and visitors and coordinate with team members.

· Professionally communicate with clients, visitors, and team members and maintain confidentiality.

· Prioritize and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

· Must be fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

· Update visitor calendar and maintain security protocol for all visitors.

· Request building badges and transponders for all new team members.

· Maintain conference room calendar and meetings.

· Manage incoming and outgoing mail, receive and distribute daily mail and deliveries.

· Sorting and reviewing of incoming faxes and distribute daily.

· Manages office supply inventory and order supplies accordingly.

· Coordinate lunch orders for meetings as needed.

· Other administrative duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

· 1 – 5 years’ experience in a law firm or similar

· Fluent in English and Spanish required

· Excellent customer service attitude

· Effective written and verbal communications skills

· Strong time management, organizational and attention to detail skills

· Strong data entry and data management skills

· Ability to act both independently and in a team environment

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

· Answer multiple incoming phone calls

· Ability to effectively multitask work assignments

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment

What We Offer

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Site: Onsite

Location: Downtown Los Angeles, California

Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
