As a successful Director in our program you will need to:

Help the program grow:

Manage tours and enrollments

Keep parents informed of their children’s development

Make recommendations to the Executive Director to expand the program and organizational direction.

Manage, Train and Organize staff in a way consistent with the Montessori Method:

Select, hire, train, motivate certified Montessori instructors, teachers and educational staff.

Provide oversight to staff related to all educational policies and procedures as outlined by the Board and the Executive Director.

Manage the budget, payroll and all other administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor’s degree and minimum of two years teaching experience

Montessori credentials

Managerial experience

Previous business experience

Title 22 Director’s qualifications

Professional dress and conduct

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
