Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Carpet Cleaning Technician with prior experience working specifically for a professional carpet cleaning company. The ideal candidate understands industry-standard cleaning methods, customer service expectations, and can confidently operate carpet cleaning equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial carpet cleaning services
- Operate truck-mounted and/or portable carpet cleaning equipment
- Inspect carpet conditions and recommend appropriate cleaning methods
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Maintain equipment and company vehicle cleanliness
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards
- Assist with upholstery, tile, and specialty cleaning services when needed
Requirements
- Previous experience working for a carpet cleaning company (required)
- Knowledge of carpet cleaning equipment and stain removal techniques
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and move equipment as needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
