Location: Tiburon, California Pay: $22 - $25/hour


The Bungalow – Tiburon, CA

Pay: $22–$25/hour (depending on experience)

The Bungalow is looking for a motivated and dependable Morning Grill Line Cook to join our kitchen team. We are seeking someone who is passionate about cooking, takes pride in consistency and quality, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This is a morning position, offering a great work-life balance while working in one of Marin County's premier waterfront restaurants.

Schedule

• Wednesday through Friday: 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM

• Opportunity for additional shifts on Saturdays and Sundays

• Part-time position with the potential for additional hours

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items on the grill according to restaurant standards. • Set up, stock, and maintain the grill station before and during service. • Ensure proper cooking temperatures, portioning, and presentation.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety. • Work efficiently during lunch service while maintaining consistency and quality. • Assist with prep work and support other kitchen stations as needed.

• Follow recipes, portion standards, and kitchen procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume restaurant.

• Experience working on a grill station is preferred.

• Strong understanding of cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen organization. • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.

• Ability to work well as part of a team.

• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain one).
