Must-Have Skills
\n
- \n
- 3+ years of Production Planning, Supply Chain, or Purchasing experience
- Strong MRP (Material Requirements Planning) knowledge
- Manufacturing environment experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Develop and maintain production plans
- Manage MRP settings, safety stock, reorder points, and lead times
- Analyze production, inventory, and supply chain data
- Create reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams
- Resolve material shortages and planning issues
- Maintain ERP master data
- Drive continuous process improvements through data analysis
