Job Description
Boutique firm in L.A. is seeking senior attorneys for a Litigation Counsel or Partner role in their west L.A. office. The firm is made up of former AM Law attorneys and focuses on litigation, corporate, real estate and entertainment/sports/media work. Qualified candidates will have 8+ years of complex commercial litigation experience, ideally with a background in real estate and/or shareholder/partner disputes. Trial experience is highly preferred. This role will work directly with the head of litigation managing cases and client relationships as well as being the point of contact for opposing counsel. This is an excellent opportunity to be the lead on matters, get significant hands-on experience and have a real and supported path to partnership.
Requirements
- Active CA bar admission
- 8+ years of complex commercial litigation experience
- Trial experience is ideal
- Real estate or shareholder/partner dispute litigation experience a plus
Details
- Salary: $265K-$320K, commensurate with experience with 15% originations
- Billable hour expectation: 1600-1700 hours/year
