Desired Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility for certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Prior experience working in school settings preferred, but new graduates with relevant clinical experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong familiarity with IEP development and documentation
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with educators, administrators, and families
- Comfort with a range of service delivery models, including face-to-face and teletherapy
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams
- Track and report progress towards individual goals
- Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and families within assigned caseload
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and legal guidelines
