At Midorick, our client in the healthcare sector is seeking passionate Pediatric Physical Therapists interested in exciting opportunities across Washington and California.
Our client provides a network to support school districts, early childhood partners, pediatric clinics, community organizations, and families seeking therapy support for children aged 3 and older. They are also developing community-based access points across Tacoma, Puyallup, and Olympia.

Requirements
- Provide pediatric physical therapy services to children and students
- Complete evaluations, screenings, treatment planning, and progress monitoring
- Support gross motor development, strength, balance, coordination, mobility, posture, endurance, equipment needs, and functional participation
- Deliver services in school, clinic, home, community, hybrid, or telehealth-supported settings
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, school teams, agency staff, and interdisciplinary providers
- Participate in IEP, IFSP, care coordination, or service planning meetings when applicable
- Support access to educational, developmental, and community-based activities
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district, agency, partner, and regulatory requirements
- Complete required onboarding, credentialing, and training for the applicable service setting
Qualifications
- Active Washington Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain Washington licensure
- Pediatric experience preferred
- School-based, early intervention, outpatient pediatric, or home/community-based experience preferred
- For school-based placements, ESA certification or eligibility may be required depending on district requirements
- For ESIT-related work, willingness to complete required Washington ESIT onboarding, credentialing, and training requirements
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Reliable transportation for in-person, school, clinic, home, or community-based work when applicable
- Spanish-bilingual clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply
Preferred Experience
- Early intervention / birth-to-three services
- School-based therapy and IEP collaboration
- Pediatric outpatient therapy
- Home visits or natural-setting services
- Parent coaching and caregiver consultation
- Gross motor delay, mobility, gait, adaptive equipment, orthotics, positioning, endurance, and functional access support
- Bilingual Spanish and English service delivery
