Now Hiring: Shift Lead / Team Lead
Café Bohème – Playa del Rey
Café Bohème is a European-inspired café serving breakfast, lunch, specialty coffee, fresh juices, and weekend brunch.
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Shift Lead to support daily operations and help lead the team on the floor.
This role is for someone who takes ownership, stays organized, and follows through consistently.

Responsibilities
• Support and help run front-of-house operations during service• Keep service smooth, organized, and efficient• Monitor food and drink presentation• Maintain cleanliness and organization of FOH and storage• Train and support team members• Communicate clearly and report issues in real time• Assist with inventory, ordering, and basic admin tasks

• Is dependable and follows through without constant reminders• Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment• Communicates clearly and stays solution-focused• Leads by example and supports the team

Requirements
• Previous café or restaurant experience required• Leadership or shift lead experience preferred• Flexible availability including mornings - weekends are a MUST
