Job Summary
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team! As an Occupational Therapist, you will be meeting with several patients in a day, discussing their treatment needs and ultimate goals, and crafting customized, comprehensive therapy plans for them. The ideal candidate has a compassionate style of care, has strong communication and interpersonal skills, and is comfortable handling multiple different cases at a time.

We’re looking for a caring and passionate Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our in-home pediatric practice.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed OTR/L in California
  • Passion for working with children (pediatric experience preferred, but training available)
  • Strong communication and family-centered mindset
  • Creativity in treatment, adaptability
  • Reliable transportation for in-home visits
  • Ability to complete documentation of daily notes and evaluations within a timely manner


Qualifications

  • Must hold the required state license for occupational therapy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • The ability to stay positive and compassionate over a long period of time with patients
