Pay: $80.00–$90.00 per hour (COE)
Travel: Occasional coverage in San Rafael

Cornerstone Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced X-Ray Technologist for a high-volume orthopedic and sports medicine practice in San Francisco. This opportunity is ideal for an organized imaging professional who can work independently while delivering accurate results and a reassuring patient experience.
What You’ll Do

• Perform diagnostic X-rays in a busy outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Explain imaging procedures and help patients feel comfortable.
• Position patients and equipment to obtain high-quality images.
• Adjust exposure factors while following radiation-safety standards.
• Confirm imaging orders and document completed studies accurately.
• Process and manage images using the designated PACS.
• Maintain imaging equipment, rooms, and clinical supplies.
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and clinical staff.
• Follow all HIPAA, safety, regulatory, and quality requirements.
• Provide occasional coverage at the San Rafael clinic as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Associate degree in radiologic technology or a related field
• Current ARRT certification
• Current California radiologic technologist licensure
• Orthopedic or outpatient imaging experience preferred
• Experience with Epic and orthopedic PACS platforms preferred
• Strong positioning, organization, and patient-care skills
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment
• Willingness to travel to San Rafael when coverage is required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
