Responsibilities

Monitor daily food safety and quality metrics to ensure compliance with standards.

Identify non-conformances, investigate root causes, and coordinate corrective actions.

Participate in sanitation programs, HACCP, and prerequisite program maintenance.

Conduct routine inspections of production lines and sanitation practices.

Record and report quality data, trends, and KPI progress to leadership.

Collaborate with production and QA teams to implement process improvements.

Maintain accurate documentation for batch records, labeling, and traceability.

Escalate high-risk quality issues promptly to ensure swift remediation.

Assist in internal audits and support external regulatory inspections.

Support supplier quality initiatives and verify incoming materials for safety.

Visibly demonstrate commitment to targets, pipelines, and measurable results.

Assist in training line personnel on basic quality and safety procedures.
Experience/Qualifications

Proven track record in daily food safety and quality metric monitoring.

Root cause investigation and corrective action coordination for non-conformances.

Hands-on HACCP, prerequisite programs, and sanitation program participation.

Routine line inspections and sanitation practice verification.

Accurate batch records, labeling, and traceability documentation.

Escalation of high-risk quality issues with timely remediation.

Support internal audits and readiness for external regulatory inspections.

Supplier quality verification and incoming materials testing.

Collaboration with production and QA to implement process improvements.

Strong documentation skills with data-driven reporting to leadership.
