We’re hiring a reliable, hands-on CNC Operator & Fabrication Technician to support our manufacturing team. This role combines machine operation and assembly work, ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, reading drawings, and producing high-quality precision products.
What You’ll Do
- Read and follow AutoCAD drawings
- Operate CNC machines and production equipment including CNC milling centers, automated miter saw, thermal break press, and knurling machines for aluminum profiles
- Assemble system components
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards
- Meet daily production goals and deadlines
- Assist with material handling, shipping, and inventory
- Maintain equipment and keep work area organized
