A premier Los Angeles-based firm is seeking a strategic senior litigator or Partner with 8+ years of experience to lead complex matters from inception through trial. Background in real estate litigation matters and/or shareholder/partner disputes is a plus. Candidates should have a genuine interest in mentoring junior attorneys within a fast-paced environment.

Position Highlights

• Leadership & Management: Responsible for guiding litigation strategy, managing client relationships, and overseeing the work of paralegals and support staff.
• Compensation & Hours: Base salary range of $240,000 – $320,000 with a manageable 1,800 billable hour requirement.
