Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Oakland, CA 94621
Duration: 13 Weeks
Pay Range: $30 - $35/hr. on w2
Description:
Coordinates and implements a variety of projects; provides operational and procedural support to Support Services leadership by coordinating and assisting with day-to-day - department operations.
Coordinates department new hire on-boarding activities, including arranging workstation, IT set-up etc.
Full cycle project management specialized support, such as project/committee meeting planning (i.e. scheduling and logistics), meeting facilitation, meeting minutes, project - related activities.
Maintains committee calendars; sets up meetings, contacts participants, reserves rooms, prepares notices and agenda; records and documents meeting minutes, and - assembles material/documents needed for committee meetings.
Performs financial cost analyses of equipment and product standardization opportunities.
Performs other duties as assigned. –
Responsible for supporting the administrative and analytical functions of committees assigned to, including managing and evaluating submissions to the Committee for - accuracy and completeness and provide feedback to the submitter(s).
? Maintains records repository for Facilities throughout the system
? Oversight of all Planned Maintenance and Planned Events for Facilities throughout the system
? Administrative financial support for Facilities throughout the system, to include expenditure’s, PO requests, invoices, contract request forms, capital projects and new vendor set up.
? Facilitating blueprints, schematics and or floor plans for Facilities throughout the system
