As our next Quality Control Technician, you’ll be the guardian of conformance, ensuring every part that ships reflects exact customer specifications and the highest industry standards.

The challenge

Can you translate blueprints into certainty? In this role, you will:

• Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections to confirm dimensional and tolerance accuracy.
• Continuously monitor production, intercept deviations early, and minimize waste to sustain peak quality.
• Produce complete inspection documentation, including FAI and NCRs, with rigorous attention to detail.
• Maintain end-to-end material traceability by managing raw inventory and tracking certifications (MTRs).
• Protect finished parts by assisting with secure packaging and shipping for safe, damage-free delivery.
• Operate a forklift to load/unload heavy shipments and evaluate inbound materials for spec accuracy.

What it takes

• At least 3 years of quality control experience in a precision manufacturing or machine shop setting (laser cutting experience is a strong plus).
• Technical Skills:
• Demonstrated familiarity with ISO 9001 QMS and ITAR compliance.
• Physical readiness to lift heavy items and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain after hire).
