Lathe Machine Operator / CNC

Location: Hayward, CA

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lathe Machine Operator to join our team in Hayward, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience operating lathe machines, reading blueprints, and maintaining quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate lathe machines.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
Perform routine machine maintenance and adjustments.
Follow safety procedures and company policies.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

Previous experience operating lathe machines required.
Ability to read measuring tools and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
