Betweeen $200,000-260,000 BASIC SALARY

Between $250,000-350,000 TOTAL PACKAGE

The team advises on the full lifecycle of trademark matters, including clearance, prosecution, portfolio management, and enforcement, with a strong emphasis on practical, business-focused solutions. Responsibilities:

  • Trademark Prosecution: Handle domestic and international filings, prosecution, and maintenance of trademark applications
  • Portfolio Management: Manage and advise on global trademark portfolios for a range of clients
  • Clearance & Strategy: Conduct clearance searches and provide advice on registrability and brand strategy
  • Office Actions: Draft and respond to USPTO and foreign office actions
  • Client & Enforcement Support: Advise on brand protection strategy and assist with oppositions, disputes, and enforcement matters


Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: 4+ years of trademark prosecution experience, ideally in a private practice setting
  • Qualification: Qualified attorney in a relevant jurisdiction (e.g. admitted to practice in the US)
  • Technical Skills: Strong experience with clearance, filing, prosecution, and portfolio management
  • Legal Ability: Excellent drafting, legal research, and analytical skills
  • Client Focus: Strong communication skills with the ability to advise clients clearly and commercially
