Project Coordinator
Pay: $80,000 - $115,000/year
We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Project Coordinator to manage construction projects from estimate through installation. This role works closely with general contractors, customers, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects from initial estimate through final installation
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, contractors, and internal teams
- Prepare estimates, work orders, and project documentation
- Assist with construction take-offs and plan reviews
- Track project schedules, costs, materials, and labor requirements
- Coordinate deliveries and installation schedules
- Travel to job sites as needed to support project success
Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction experience required
- Project management and job site experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and prepare estimates
- Experience working with lumber, steel, and construction materials
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
- Door and window industry experience
- Knowledge of hardware, glass specifications, and grades
- AutoCAD experience a plus
