Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What We’re Looking For:
- California Special Education Teacher credential, with an emphasis in Moderate to Severe/Extensive Needs preferred
- Experience supporting students with autism and other extensive needs in school settings
- In-depth understanding of instructional strategies, behavioral interventions, and IEP implementation
- Strong communication abilities for working with multidisciplinary teams, families, and administration
- Adaptability, patience, and a passion for student advocacy
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored instruction and adapt curriculum for students with a range of moderate to severe disabilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with paraeducators, related service providers, and general education staff to design effective support plans
- Foster an inclusive environment that encourages growth, independence, and self-advocacy
- Communicate regularly with families regarding progress, achievements, and strategies for ongoing success
- Track and document student progress, adjusting approaches as needed to ensure positive outcomes
