School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Full-Time | Elementary School | New Jersey
We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team for the upcoming academic year. This is a full-time, school-based SLP position working with an elementary school caseload. The ideal candidate will have prior school-based experience and be comfortable providing direct therapy services, completing evaluations, and supporting students with communication needs.

Position Details
- Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist

- Schedule: Full-Time
- Hours: 35 hours per week
- Work Hours: 8:15 AM – 3:15 PM
- Start Date: September 4
- End Date: June 25
- Caseload: Elementary School Students
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students.
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and assessments.
- Complete testing, evaluations, progress reports, and required documentation.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary school teams.
- Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal special education requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License required.
- Previous school-based SLP experience required.
- Ability to independently manage and service an assigned caseload.
- Experience completing speech-language testing, evaluations, and assessments.
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
Onboarding Requirements
Candidates must successfully complete:
- TB Test
- Physical Examination
- Fingerprinting for both the agency and school district
