We are seeking Experienced Leasing Consultants to join our team for temporary and temp-to-hire opportunities in apartment communities. What You'll Do:
- Welcome prospective residents and provide outstanding customer service
- Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities
- Assist with leasing, applications, and resident move-ins
- Maintain strong resident and prospect relationships
- Follow up on leads and help achieve occupancy goals
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Represent the community with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months - 1 year of leasing experience required
- Experience working in apartment communities.
- Ability to work in upscale, luxury, or Tax Credit/ Section 8 apartment communities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and professional attire required
- Dependable, motivated, and able to work independently
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS!
- Familiarity with property management software: Yardi, Appfolio, RealPage
