We are seeking a Flooring Salesperson to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in order to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Make the order and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Post to Socail Media like Instagram,facebook and create short Video to develop potential customers
- Cold calls
- Able to Complete sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- English and Chinese or Spanish preferred
- Need to be self-motivated
- Having strong relationship with Builders, Interior Designers, Contractors, and Dealers preferred
