EMPRESS PILATES is seeking polished, professional, and passionate Pilates instructors to join our founding team in Westwood / Wilshire, Los Angeles.
We are building a refined reformer Pilates studio centered around elevated client experience, intentional movement, and beautifully structured classes. Our studio combines luxury atmosphere with strong technical teaching, creating a space where clients feel both empowered and welcomed.
We are looking for instructors who value professionalism, warmth, attention to detail, and high-quality movement education.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead safe, engaging, and well-paced reformer Pilates classes
• Provide clear cueing, corrections, and individualized attention when needed
• Create an elevated, welcoming studio environment for all clients
• Support clients of varying experience levels with professionalism and care
• Maintain studio cleanliness and equipment organization
• Arrive prepared, punctual, and present for each class
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented studio culture
• Uphold the Empress Pilates standard of client experience and hospitality
QUALIFICATIONS
• Reformer Pilates certification from a recognized program
• Strong understanding of anatomy, body mechanics, and movement principles
• Experience teaching group reformer classes preferred
• Professional communication and client-facing presence
• Warm, reliable, and team-oriented energy
• CPR certification preferred
• Balanced Body, BASI, or STOTT certifications are a plus
