Job Title: Business Systems Analyst lead
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Full Time / Contract
BSA Position:
"The Ideal candidate will have strong Business understanding on Semiconductor Manufacturing Domain & SAP HANA. The candidate should be able to Understand the data in SAP HANA, collect, and process the data using Databricks (SQL/Python/Pyspark) and create visualisation in Tableau or PowerBI. The candidate should be able to engage with stakeholders, understand Business requirements, and explain to the team clearly."
Must-Have Skills/Experience Required:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information System, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of relevant experience including programming knowledge (i.e Databricks and SAP HANA).
- 8+ years of relevant hands on knowledge in building PowerBI OR Tableau dashboards
- experience in development best practices like CICD, Unit testing, Integration testing
- Experience handling team and guiding them for development of dashboards in tableau or PowerBIs
Second position
Job Title: TPM
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Full Time / Contract
TPM Position:
The Ideal candidate will be very strong in Project management and expertise in Databricks (Building scalable data pipelines) and deploy it using CI/CD. The candidate will have good understanding in SAP HANA and dashboards using Tableau/PowerBI.
In both cases, Semiconductor Manufacturing experience and certified candidates are preferred but not mandatory.
What you'll be doing:
- Organize and drive requirements, scheduling, and standup/retrospective discussions
- Engage with Ops Data teams and SAP HANA team to drive dashboard development
- Handle requirements gathering and Technical Program Management in shared manner
- identify project scope, define success criteria, manage initiative risks
- set expectations with team members regularly, provide project updates, and communicate key decisions on project scope
What we need to see:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Expertise in Databricks
- Hands on knowledge of building PowerBI OR Tableau dashboards
- Ability to work effectively with a team of engineers and other teammates in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment
- Strong organizational, planning, risk management, and communication skills
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence
