In-house Administrative Assistant will work directly with a seasoned Financial Advisor to coordinate and schedule clients in-person and virtually. Daily proactive contact via telephone, text, and email with appointment reminders, and rescheduling previously canceled or no-show appointments.
Prepare documents, including financial data/materials ahead of meetings and set up the appointment/conference room for the Advisor. Run and prepare reports, set-up remote/virtual meetings on Zoom, maintain active Advisor calendar. Review notes from Advisor to track appointment details and action ahead. Create and maintain client templates, physical and digital records
- 3+ years of Administrative support to an individual in a professional/corporate office
- Detail-oriented
- Computer savvy in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
- Strong communication and relationship building skills set
- Reschedule prospects and follow up on past prospects
- Occasional support for firm events and event-projects
Temporary-to-hire, 8am-5pm. Solid job stability. Sales support or financial support office experience a plus. Professional attire and demeanor.
