JEC LLC is looking for a reliable and hardworking Laundromat Attendant - Closer to join our team in Covina, CA! Responsibilities:
- Oversee laundromat operations during closing shift, ensuring a smooth and secure end-of-day process
- Assist customers with machine operation, payments, and general inquiries
- Monitor and maintain superb cleanliness of the facility, including machines, folding tables, and restrooms
- Report and document any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs
- Enforce facility rules and ensure a safe, respectful environment for all patrons
- Restock supplies such as paper goods
- Perform closing duties including securing the facility, final cleaning, and cash handling
Requirements:
- Previous customer service or attendant experience preferred
- Ability to work closing shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and facility upkeep
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with cash handling responsibilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
