Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a GI Lab/Endoscopy position requiring a CA RN license, ACLS certification, and a minimum of 2 years of acute endoscopy experience.
Details
- 13-week contract in a hospital GI Lab/Endoscopy unit
- Day shift, 5x8s (8:00–16:30), with varied days including holidays
- Shift schedule is fixed and cannot be adjusted
- One weekend shift required per month
- On-call required overnight (16:30–08:00) with a 30-minute response time
Requirements
- Active CA RN license required
- Current certifications required: BLS and ACLS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute endoscopy/GI setting required
- Must be able to respond to on-call requests within 30 minutes
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify for travel rates
- Previous employees of this health system must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
- Only 1 holiday RTO request will be approved for the duration of the contract
- 2 supervisor references obtained within the past year are required for consideration
