Job DescriptionProject Manager
We are a well-established construction firm with over three decades of experience delivering high-impact commercial projects in the Bay Area. As we expand our footprint in the city, we're seeking a Project Manager to lead Lab, Life Science tenant improvement projects with integrity and a commitment to excellence with each project we build. This position reports to our Mountain View office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of commercial interior projects.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
- Manage site operations, safety compliance, and quality control.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Prepare and present regular project reports to senior leadership.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and mentor junior staff.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience managing Lab and Life Science TIs
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and project management tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
