Finance Business Process Expert Highlights:
• Schedule: Monday to Friday – 8 Hours/Day
• Pay Range: $90-125 Hourly
Finance Business Process Expert Responsibilities:
• Drive end-to-end process excellence across Finance by defining, measuring, improving, and sustaining standardized processes
• Partner with Finance process owners, IT/business analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements in cycle time, quality, compliance, and user experience
• Lead efforts to define process intent and scope, align to strategic objectives, and establish/maintain performance metrics and measurement methods
• Continuously evaluate process performance and integrate stakeholder feedback to optimize processes and identify training needs
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, including root cause analysis to reduce defects and eliminate waste
• Mentor and coach team members; build organizational capability through training and best-practice sharing
• Develop and monitor KPIs to track improvement outcomes and business impact; communicate progress, risks, and results to leadership
• Serve as a subject matter expert in semiconductor finance processes and advise leadership on process design and scalability
• Apply semiconductor industry best practices to standardize and improve Finance processes in a complex manufacturing environment
• Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to ensure processes support manufacturing, supply chain, and technology roadmaps
Finance Business Process Expert Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of experience in finance operations, process excellence, business process management, continuous improvement, or finance transformation
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred (Green Belt considered with strong project leadership experience)
• Experience with finance platforms and analytics/reporting ecosystems (ERP Finance systems, reconciliation tools, BI/data platforms)
