Evans Fears Schuttert McNulty Mickus is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney with 6-10 years of litigation experience to join our litigation practice. We are looking for a highly capable attorney who wants to do challenging and sophisticated work in a firm where strong performance is recognized and meaningful responsibility is earned early

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with seasoned trial attorneys on significant litigation from early case strategy through trial preparation. In our lean, high-performing environment, associates are expected to think strategically, write persuasively, and take ownership of substantive work that directly impacts case outcome
