Qualifications:
- Active California OT license required
- Prior experience working in California schools
- Skilled in administering BOT 3 and Peabody assessments for students aged 3-22 with varying disabilities
- Demonstrated ability to analyze assessment data, address parental concerns, and support service recommendations
- Capable of autonomous field work, adept at managing and organizing caseloads independently
- Bilingual Spanish skills highly desirable but not required
Responsibilities:
- Provide K-12 school-based OT services, addressing mild to severe caseloads
- Administer and interpret standardized assessments
- Serve fluctuating caseloads, adjusting schedules as needs arise
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation
- Communicate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
