Chemical Production Operator Highlights

• Schedule: 3rd shift overnights 9:30pm - 6:00am
• Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
• Location: Anaheim, CA 92805

Chemical Production Operator Responsibilities

• Perform routine manufacturing procedures by following written work instructions.
• Operate production and sifting equipment according to specifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing processes to meet organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain clean manufacturing areas, equipment, and materials.
• Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform plant sifting operations to ensure maximum quality and output while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Read batch cards, work orders, recipes, and formulas to operate equipment correctly.
• Draw product samples for laboratory analysis as required.
• Monitor equipment for malfunction alarms; shut down equipment and notify supervisors when necessary.
• Record production data including processing steps, product characteristics, and batches processed.
• Follow all company safety policies.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

Chemical Production Operator Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail.
• General cleaning and master sanitation skills.
• Machine operation and technical proficiency.
• Safety awareness and compliance experience.
• Familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Batch production experience preferred
