Job Description

Services we provide include cleaning AC and heating air duct systems, video camera inspections of HVAC systems, dryer vents, Laundromat dryer vent systems. We service all size homes, apartments, condos, restaurants, Laundromats, small and large business shops, schools, hotels, banks, and many more commercial properties.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must have clean criminal record and driving record.

Must be a consistent team player! Positive attitude with strong work ethic. We’re a small company (3 of us )
Must be reliable, punctual and available to work. Standard work hours begin anywhere between 6am-7:30am and can end off as late as 3-6pm. Occasionally large jobs will run longer and flexibility is important. Typical work days are Monday-Friday but may also include weekends here and there for commercial work. We still make sure to give you time off during the week if you work a weekend.
Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to lift 100+ pounds (heavy lifting is a requirement for this position)
Ability to inspect/visually examine houses + commercial properties and determine the scale of work necessary to get the job done.
Ensure proper operation of all devices and equipment.
Must have great attention to detail! This also includes the ability to confidently make decisions when needed.
Must be in good health and be able to work on your feet for hours or work in small spaces including under houses.
The ability to work under strict time goals every day.
Mechanically inclined or other construction type experience is a huge bonus.

COMPENSATION: Starts at $18 an hour with paid travel time port to port (W-2 basis).
