Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Assist the General Manager in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring that all business processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff, conduct performance evaluations, and provide coaching and feedback to enhance team performance.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and ensure high-quality service is consistently delivered to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost-control measures to ensure profitability and adherence to financial goals.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement long-term business strategies and operational goals.
