This full-time opportunity for the 2026–2027 school year is ideal for a dedicated Special Education Teacher who is passionate about early intervention, individualized instruction, and helping students achieve meaningful academic and developmental growth.

Caseload
- Special Day Class (SDC)
- Placement in either a TK classroom or a Kindergarten–1st Grade classroom
Qualifications
- Active California Education Specialist Credential (Mild/Moderate OR Moderate/ Severe Support Needs required).
- Experience working with early childhood or elementary-aged students with disabilities preferred.
- Knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, behavior supports, and differentiated instruction.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with families and multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized and small-group instruction aligned with students' IEP goals.
- Develop and implement accommodations, modifications, and evidence-based instructional strategies.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate special education documentation.
- Collaborate with general education staff, related service providers, and families to support student success.
- Foster a structured, positive, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes academic, social, and behavioral growth.
