Role Description
Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position involves assisting with staff scheduling, maintaining store visual standards, providing excellent customer service. The assistant manager will also contribute to driving sales and motivating employees with sales goals, resolving customer inquiries, and fostering a positive team environment.
Qualifications
Customer service skills with experience in building strong client relationships and providing exceptional in-store experiences. Someone who gets along with others Proficiency in supervising staff, managing schedules, and maintaining a cohesive team atmosphere. Assisting with visual merchandising with a keen eye for fashion and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members effectively Flexibility to work part time and accommodate a variety of schedules, including a weekend day Previous experience in retail, fashion, or a related field Social Media a plus
