REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
- Four (4) years or more of HR experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledgeable in CA labor laws
- Experience in HRIS system (such as ADP, Work Day, etc.)
- Detailed-oriented with strong organization skills
- Experience in an electronics manufacturing setting is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate on the designing and implementing full-cycle recruiting process
- Post openings, screen/evaluate resumes, schedule interviews, negotiate job offers, and prepare internal hiring documents
- Facilitate onboarding/off-boarding
- Record and report all Workers’ Compensation cases
- Manage and update job description database, ensuring job descriptions are current, relevant, and applicable
- Record and track all personnel requisitions
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation, modernize and streamline company benefits handbooks for all employees
- Manage benefit changes and updates
- Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedure and programs
- Address employee concerns and complaints and investigate and resolve personnel conflicts, facilitate communication between employees and management, and provide clear guidance on company policies and procedures
- Conduct/coordinate employee training on topics such as compliance, safety, and personal development, etc.
- Establish and maintain employee personnel records and database visas including following up on authorized work visa and obtaining appropriate documents.
- Monitor and track employees on FMLA
Please note that this role requires you to be on site from Monday to Friday. This role does not offer hybrid or remote.
