What You’ll Do
- Guide patients in selecting eyeglasses that fit their prescription, lifestyle, and personal style
- Measure, fit, and adjust eyewear to ensure comfort, accuracy, and proper alignment
- Dispense glasses and educate patients on care, cleaning, and usage
- Process and verify eyeglass orders with precision
- Maintain and organize frame inventory and optical supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service—answering questions, solving problems, and making each visit feel welcoming
- Support a smooth, efficient patient flow in a busy, growing practice
