Hourly Pay: $23.20-$25.00

Benefit Highlights:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Optimize provider schedules by coordinating appointments, managing cancellations, and maximizing patient access to ensure efficient, high-quality care.
  • Proactively connect patients to care by maintaining treatment lists, conducting patient outreach, and filling same-day and future openings based on clinical priorities.
  • Partner with clinical teams to coordinate scheduling, communicate patient needs, and support seamless, team-based dental care.
  • Deliver exceptional patient service by providing courteous communication, maintaining accurate patient records, protecting confidentiality, and ensuring scheduling follows established guidelines.



Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One (1) year of experience in a dental front office setting or equivalent
  • experience.
  • Proficiency with an electronic health record system
  • Strong customer service approach to problem solving situations.
