NOW HIRING: Engagement Director
Responsibilities:
-
Plan, develop, and oversee a comprehensive activities program that meets the physical, mental, and social needs of residents
-
Lead and coordinate daily activities, events, and special programs
-
Encourage and maximize resident participation and engagement
-
Supervise and support activity staff and volunteers
-
Prepare and manage materials, supplies, and activity schedules
-
Collaborate with other departments to ensure activities are well-coordinated and safe
-
Maintain accurate documentation of resident participation and program effectiveness
-
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and community standards
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in activities programming, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting

Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
-
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
-
Strong creativity and ability to design engaging programs
-
Genuine passion for working with seniors
-
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Physical ability to assist in setting up and conducting activities
