Job Summary
- Drives an automobile to deliver products to customers.
General Accountabilities
- Records transactions with a customer receipt.
- Records sales/delivery information on daily sales or delivery record.
- Load the automobile.
- Issues or obtains customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery.
- Unloads inbound shipments and loads outbound shipments safely and efficiently.
- Moves materials in and out of storage locations accurately and without damage to items.
- Pulls and prepares materials for shipment.
- Maintains equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.
- Inspects and performs minor maintenance on power equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
Job Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Some related job experience or training; valid state driver’s license; valid Class C license
