Float State is a premier five-star wellness spa in Corona, California, dedicated to helping people relax, heal, and unwind. We provide a tranquil environment where guests experience exceptional hospitality alongside therapeutic wellness services, including massage therapy, float therapy, cryotherapy, infrared sauna, halotherapy, red light therapy, and bodywork.
Every experience is thoughtfully designed to help our clients feel welcomed, cared for, and restored.
We're looking for an experienced massage therapist who genuinely loves helping people and takes pride in delivering personalized, results-driven care. If you're committed to creating exceptional client experiences while continually growing as a therapist, we'd love to meet you.
Our onboarding process is personalized and hands-on. We'll provide the training, support, and feedback needed to help you become confident and successful as part of our team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive client consultations to understand health history, concerns, and treatment goals.
- Develop customized treatment plans based on each client's unique needs.
- Perform therapeutic massage using appropriate modalities and techniques.
- Educate clients on wellness recommendations and self-care strategies.
- Create a warm, welcoming, and relaxing experience from the moment clients arrive until they leave.
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies to the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
- Accurately document treatments while maintaining strict client confidentiality.
- Work collaboratively with our team to deliver an exceptional five-star guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC) Certification.
- Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional massage therapy experience in a spa, wellness, chiropractic, or clinical setting.
- Available to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
- Strong consultation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, dependable, coachable, and positive.
- Passion for providing exceptional client care.
Preferred Experience
Experience in several of the following modalities is highly preferred:
- Deep Tissue Massage
- Swedish Massage
- Prenatal Massage
- Lymphatic Drainage
- Hot Stone Therapy
- Cupping Therapy
- Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (Scraping)
- Kinesiology Taping (KT Tape)
