The Job:
Outside Sales Representative – Residential Services
Location: Palm Desert, CA
Pay: $50,000 – $115,000/year (base salary + uncapped commission — the better you are, the more you earn)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, full-time (no nights, no weekends unless you want to make more)

What You’ll Do
- Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and territory development
- Conduct property inspections and identify pest control needs
- Build and present customized service proposals to homeowners and businesses
- Close deals and own the full sales cycle from lead to service start
- Upsell additional services to maximize customer value and your commission
- Follow up on leads quickly and consistently to win business
- Partner with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
What Success Looks Like
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Respond to 95%+ of leads within 24 hours
- Maintain 98%+ accuracy in proposals and contracts
- Consistently drive new revenue through prospecting and upselling
- Resolve customer issues quickly with zero repeat escalations
Requirements:
What You’ll Bring
- Valid driver’s license with 5+ years of driving experience
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
Preferred:
- Previous outside sales or commission-based experience
- Experience in home services, pest control, or route-based industries
