A nationally recognized plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join its Los Angeles office. Key Responsibilities
- Handle plaintiff-side personal injury litigation matters from intake through resolution or trial
- Manage catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex liability cases
- Conduct depositions, mediations, settlement negotiations, and court appearances
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial-related documents
- Collaborate closely with senior litigators, support staff, and experts
- Develop litigation strategies and maintain strong client communication throughout the case lifecycle
Candidate Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- 5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience
- Strong litigation and case management background
- Trial preparation and courtroom experience preferred
- Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and client relationship skills
Compensation & Benefits
- $220,000 base salary
