Clark Pacific is seeking an experienced structural or construction engineer (7+ years) for a senior-level role that blends technical leadership with broader project and strategic responsibilities. This position is comparable in scope to a Senior Engineer or Associate Principal role within the structural engineering community and is intended for professionals looking to expand their influence while remaining grounded in engineering practice.
While Clark Pacific’s internal title structure may differ, the level of experience, leadership, and technical credibility expected is consistent with these senior classifications.

What You Will Do
As a senior-level team member, you will leverage your engineering experience and real-world project expertise to support critical aspects of the design and delivery of Clark Pacific products and services.
This may include:
- Shaping and influencing strategies to develop and deliver complex systems and driving toward successful project outcomes
- Acting as a coach and mentor other team members by sharing technical expertise
- Participating in client and partner collaboration and business development efforts
- Shape the future of industrialized construction – your work will influence how buildings are engineered, manufactured, and delivered
- Contribute to systems that significantly reduce embodied carbon, construction waste, and risk
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of senior-level professional with engineering experience
- A strong technical foundation with an interest in expanding your impact beyond traditional design responsibilities
- Ability to apply engineering expertise to influence project outcomes, support multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the delivery and growth of complex structural systems
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline required
- PE or SE License required or the ability to obtain within 2 years.

Compensation:
The Total Compensation pay range for this position is $175,000 to $275, 000. Base pay offered will depend on qualifications, experience, location and other job-related factors. Base pay is one component of Clark Pacific’s Total Rewards program, which is intended to compensate and recognize team members for their contributions to our success.
