Job Description
As a Registered Nurse in our hospital, you will provide comprehensive general care to patients, ensuring a high standard of nursing practice with full autonomy in patient care decisions. You will be responsible for managing the health and well-being of patients with a typical patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:4, allowing for focused and attentive care within a dynamic hospital environment.
Days, Nights
12 hour shifts
All Units - Med Surg, Tele, L&D, ER, ICU
Must have 2 years experience in Unit (Not including floating)
Must have 1-2 years of Nursing experience in an Acute Care or Hospital
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient health status and care needs in a general care setting
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention
- Document patient information, care given, and progress accurately
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
