Job DescriptionAbout the Role:A Place at Home-South Bay is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Live-In Caregiver to provide exceptional in-home care in the beautiful Rancho Palos Verdes, CA area. Responsibilities:

• Provide 24-hour live-in care and supervision to clients in a residential home setting
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Administer medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage clients in meaningful activities
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe, clean living environment
• Transport and accompany clients to appointments, errands, and outings
• Communicate updates on client condition and needs to supervisors and family members

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide (HHA), or personal care aide (PCA) preferred
• Ability to live on-site and provide consistent, around-the-clock care
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine passion for senior care
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Must pass a background check and reference verification
