Job Summary
A manufacturing company in San Fernando, CA is seeking a Customer Service Rep for a direct hire opportunity. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and acts as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, including production, shipping and receiving, and Quality Control.
The Customer Service Rep is at the heart of daily operations, helping ensure orders are processed accurately, customer concerns are resolved professionally, and communication flows smoothly across departments. This is a great opportunity for a customer service professional who enjoys problem-solving, working with numbers, and being part of a collaborative team environment.
This position is well-suited for someone who values stability, supportive leadership, positive teamwork, and the opportunity to build strong relationships across a manufacturing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, providing responsive and professional support.
- Process inbound customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate with internal departments to resolve order, production, shipping, receiving, and quality-related issues.
- Investigate and resolve complex customer concerns with a solution-focused approach.
- Maintain accurate customer, order, and issue resolution documentation.
- Support a positive customer experience through clear communication, follow-up, and attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $55,000 to $60,000 per year.
