Key Qualifications:

Hold an active CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CF) credential.
Minimum of 2 years of school-based SLP experience in California.
At least 1 year of experience utilizing SEIS documentation platform.
Strong background managing high caseloads and processing referrals efficiently.
Experience supervising SLPAs with facilitator support is highly valued.
Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred and rewarded, though not mandatory.
Ability and willingness to work fully onsite; teletherapy is not offered for this position.

Role Highlights:

Work 37.5 hours per week across a full school year calendar.
Support students’ communication skills, working closely with other SLPs and likely with SLPA assistance.
Use data-driven methods for assessment, documentation, and goal-setting via SEIS.
Collaborate with a team to deliver high-quality, individualized speech and language services.
Provide oversight and guidance to SLPAs when needed.
